Our final week of school was a whirlwind of excitement and anticipation! Classrooms were busy with end of year activities, projects, games, and celebrations, and students were buzzing with the joy of their “impending freedom”, eagerly counting down the days to summer vacation. We took time to celebrate with our 4K students as they graduated from 4K to kindergarten. Our 5th grade class took a trip to Valleyfair and ended their years at St. Joe’s with some reflection time and a
baccalaureate celebration, including Mass with Father Mano. We are extremely proud of our 5th grade class and wish them the best as they move on from St. Joe’s! We send them forth with our blessings, confident that they will carry the virtues and lessons they have learned here into the world. We wrapped up the year with a school Mass and promotions to the next grade, followed by a picnic lunch with students and families.
I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to our entire school and parish community- students,
teachers, staff, parents, parishioners, friends, and Father Mano. Your unwavering faith, steadfast support, and wholehearted dedication make St. Joseph School an exceptional place to learn, flourish, and praise God. I am incredibly proud of St. Joseph School, and it is a blessing and privilege to be part of this family! May God’s blessings be upon you and your families this summer, and may you discover joy in all of your days.
Peace be with you!
Mrs. Mary Kiefer, Principal
